Our Saint Ann Community of Faith has many ministries and many opportunities for you to become involved. Our registration form can be downloaded, printed out and returned to the church office. Mail your completed registration form to the church address, or place it in the offertory basket during Mass. You may also drop the form in the mail slot of the rectory door.
